AR; How are ya? Where are ya? Glad your back on list. The vacuum will usually pull the piston back from the booster, but it"s possible to have it stuck. More likely is the piston in the caliper(s). if you"ve got gunk in the lines, that could cause it too. Sounds like a front brake rebuild to me. I just did my rear brakes and it"s not very hard. Use ATE super blue when you"re done, or if doing the entire hyd brake system, might be a good time to switch to synthetic brake fluid. I know some have changed over, and I don"t know what"s involved, so I"d stick with mineral type.
