We the car went back to Europe especially for an S update by the factory. This P400 not only being one of the last pre S, but also the first with the slightly ‚ beefed up chassis dinensions‘

After that car came to Germany, where it can be viewed today. Again the owner of a car museum.


Huge bills come with the car. Its a real time capsule with exactly the right sort of collector quality to it. The cabin smells like new and the mechanics are absolutely on the button & ready to use. When you sit inside you immediately feel at home and appreciate the exclusive aura of an early super car of the nineteen sixties.

Exceptions to the overall as new feel are a slightly worn drivers seat ( the side where you slide into the seat). And the original wheels of which the colour fades slightly , which always happens with this type of wheel after 50 years of standing..
