Up for sale again (relisted) is my personal, no excuses Gallardo. Why am I selling? I want to race the new ACR-X and that takes cash I don't want to pull out of still-depressed investments. I lowered my price $5K, but I am running out of room, so this will probably be the last listing of this car for quite some time.

The car is cosmetically and mechanically perfect. No dings, not even any chips I can find. Interior is child, pet and smoke free. If you don't know, 2006 was the first year of the 520 Hp engine, and none of the special variants had more power, not the SE, not the Superleggera, none. This also has the better exhaust introduced in 2006 and the more agressive gear ratios. Basically, other than cosmetics, the G was unchanged 2006-08. The godsend front lift feature was also standard in 2006 - so fear not steep driveways and speed bumps.

Now maybe you are thinking - I want that fancy-schmancy E-gear. Drive one and let me know what you think. This car is for the enthusiast who wants to DRIVE and enjoy the experience. Also, e-gears eat clutches. I know how to drive a standard (I own only standard transmission vehicles and have never put a clutch in one ever) and this car has never seen wide open throttle without the clutch fully engaged, my foot is OFF the clutch pedal unless I am shifting (e.g. no slip-a-rama in parking garages) and I don't go for any power shifting crap.

When I listed, there were 8 other Gs on eBay and I don't think any have what this car has - the factory extended warranty that expires in September 2010. So you can buy this car knowing that not only is it mechanically sound (it is, I welcome any inspection), but anything that comes up for the next 8 months is covered. This extended warranty was very pricey, but should give the buyer peace of mind that he or she is getting a solid car that will not give them any headaches.

Now this car is NOT a heavily optioned car. It has the following:

Navigation
iPod integration with connector in glove box (will work with iPhone 3GS)
Contrasting Orange stitching
3M clear film on hood, fenders, fascia and headlights
Factory 4-piece leather luggage
Factory cover
Chrome wheels (but I have a painted set if you prefer - I have this appalling weakness for chrome)
Hard-wired for Valentine One
That's pretty much it. Now this is not a distressed sale - if I can't get enough out of this stupid toy for another stupid toy, I'll keep it. I dearly love this car, but I love racing even more. So please don't waste our time low-balling me. You want a nice car from a non-dealer who knows and will tell you the truth about the car's entire history, then let me know. Again, I welcome any and all questions and inspections. Finally, I know I sound overly proud of the car, but I think I am reasonable enought to talk a sensible price to serious enthusiasts like me. These cars are so fantastic, you will love it as much as I have, and for way less than I spent!.
