Other Information: for sale on ebay July 22, 2015 with 1700 miles for $435k.

It was imported to the US when new by it's first owner who I recently purchased the car from. The owner claimed that this car participated in the Monaco Grand Prix in 1985 and gave me the plates that were on the car right before getting imported to the US. The importation sticker still affixed in the door jam. In my opinion the Quattrovalvole Down Draft carburated version Countach is one the best due to it's amazing torque and 455 horse power making the car very fast, especially for being a car produced in the 80's. There are 6 triple choke Webers on top of a 4 valve per cylinder 5 liter 12 cylinder which is an amazing design. In fact I can't think of another production engine with these attributes ever installed in a car. The car has been stored in a barn for about 15 years. The car currently has a period installed Konig rear flair and skirt as well as a US DOT rear bumper, both easily removable. The original wheels (instead of the Anniversary currently on the car) and it's original hard to find Pirreli P7 tires come with the car as well a tool kit. Ideally the car needs to be restored, but may be recommissioned for use as-is with some needed work. The car has just 2700 KM (1700 miles)! It has an excellent never crashed chassis and body low mileage one owner Down Draft that will be hard to replicate. Newly restored Down Drafts trade for $600K+ and are not easy to find. Only 610 Quattrovalvoles were ever made. The new owner will get the car, the tool kit, the wheels and tires and the dirt (car has been left as found)!.
