Body of Message

How is Jim doing his business? I never saw things from him for sale except the newsletter, I could imagine he isn"t very computer based, since all newsletter I have (1979-1996) are written on a machine. It was very interesting to see, he was selling copies of owners and spare parts manual, did he never run into problems with the factory??
